You leave with something you can actually use - a clear, honest picture of where your business stands, what needs attention, and what to do next. Not just a feeling that it was a useful conversation.

Every Business Sense Check session produces two things.

The first is Your Business Picture - a structured, plain English assessment of where your business stands across the areas that matter. Built in your first session and developed over time, so it gets more useful the longer it exists.

The second is your session summary - a clear record of everything discussed, actions agreed, and any referrals made. Something you can refer back to and act on.

A short preparation pack is sent before every session so the time together is as useful as possible.

No financial data required. Just you, your business, and an honest conversation about what's going on. Everything that comes up goes into Your Business Picture. Actions are agreed and recorded in your session summary. You leave with both - clear, plain English, and yours to use.

The Full Picture
With your numbers in the room

Everything in The Conversation - plus your numbers. You bring whatever financial information you have. The financial layer grounds Your Business Picture in reality - risks are informed by what the numbers actually show, and the picture that emerges is more complete and more useful as a result.

What comes next

No predetermined path. The right next step follows from the conversation.

Some clients come for one session and leave with what they needed. The door stays open. Some find it valuable enough to make it a regular rhythm. And sometimes the session surfaces something more specific - a need for a periodic review, oversight of an existing arrangement, or a decision to hand the finances over entirely.

If any of that comes up, the options are there. If it doesn't, a single session is a perfectly good place to stop.
